“We are all really happy with how ‘Special Kiss’ turned out! Not only is getting to share a new single with our fans always a reason to celebrate, this one is the theme song to my first solo starring movie “And Yet, You Are So Sweet.” (In theaters March 3rd!)

My character in the movie is a high schooler, so a bit younger than I am really, but the age difference I think makes me appreciate what he goes through to understand the excitement and bitterness of figuring out what love is. That’s the main theme to ‘Special Kiss’ as well, and it was super fun to see how the other guys played it out in their solo scenes for the music video!

At any rate, as long as our fans like it too, that’s all that matters!”

【TRACK TWO: King & Prince’s double A-side 12th single “Life goes on”】

About the song

The first half to King & Prince’s highly anticipated next double A-side single, “Life goes on” is a touching and heartfelt message to all the fans who have and continue to support them as they face the future and all that it brings. It is the ending theme song to member Ren Nagase’s hugely popular romantic TV drama “夕暮れに、手をつなぐ” (Eng: “Holding Hands at Dusk”, airing Tuesday nights at 10pm JST on Japanese broadcaster TBS) and the second volume of their ongoing “Dear Tiara” initiative for the fans leading to the close of their anniversary year in May.
